15 days before having my child in a renowned clinic in Madrid, and after a fairly easy natural birth, without complications, later at home I had a hemorrhage. I called 061, an ambulance arrived 15 minutes later. They got lost on our way to the hospital. There I had a blood transfusion because I arrived bloodless. I had 2 curettages done that same afternoon I was admitted.

They told me that a membrane was left inside me, I think that in the clinic they left a piece of my placenta inside me. What can I do? I almost died. Is this medical negligence? Can I start a lawsuit? What are my chances? Thank you.
