My brother who is Spanish was detained in Tangiers, he was carrying 20 kilos of hashish in the car. He was put in prison which are said to be horrible, until trial. He was sentenced for a year and a half in prison although he doesn’t have any criminal records.

He appealed and the sentence was maintained. Everything has been done thru a lawyer in Ceuta but now we want to bring him to Madrid so he can continue his sentence in a Spanish prison. They’ve told us that maybe he can even be set free.
