Working on the case lawyer / customer

1 –The law firm “Granda & Asociados” provides an estimate adjusted to the case. Each criminal lawyer has a determined and limited number of cases per year, because an increased workload would diminish time spent on each case. We want to provide you and your case the precise amount of time required.

2 –Once you contact us, our law firm will get in contact with you. After a first consult, we will give you an estimate based on a viability study, exposing the legal situation you find yourself in and communicating you if we choose to take on the case, signing a fee contract.

Choosing our prestigious law firm the consult can be done via videoconference from any city of the world. If the client is in prison, we visit the client.

3 –Once the attorney- client fee contract is signed, the head of this firm of hired lawyers will study in detail your case, plan the strategy needed; and inform and assign the chosen lawyer that will defend the case.

4 -We guarantee that your case will be in charge of one of our senior criminal lawyers, this means, a lawyer with over 15 years of experience. During the first meetings you will meet the criminal lawyer in charge of your case. Fees

How do the honorary fees work in our law firm

The honorary fees in Spain are free. Each law firm has its prices. A guideline exists from the Honorary Criteria of the Illustrious School of Lawyers in Madrid, but they are used as a guide only. This means that the fees of every lawyer will be different.

Since the honorary fees are free, they depend merely on the value each lawyer puts on its work, depending on professional experience, infrastructure and services done with their clients.

The fees of our legal firm of criminal lawyers are selective as well as the specialized legal services we offer. The client treatment is exclusive as well as the study and the defense of the case. The experience and the attention to the client is what sets our firm of criminal lawyers apart, apart from the results we obtain.

The client and law firm will sign the estimate were the fees are presented and agreed. This will be the figure that our client will have to pay without the price modifying as the trial develops. We charge for the first consult, this is because you will be attended and listened by a senior criminal lawyer, who, if it is possible will answer you in that moment.

The consult lasts around thirty minutes with examination of the documents and oral ruling. At the end of the consult, the honorary fee is given to the client for the consult given.

Online consults or criminal lawyer online are exclusive free services for our clients. If the client is in prison the criminal lawyer will go where the client is to have the interview.

The videoconference consults can be in Spanish, English or Italian with the criminal lawyer.

Price of the case: You may ask for an adjusted estimate according your case, we prefer after the fist consult with us. Estimates will not be given via telephone or email.

At the end of the process the honorary fees will be handed to the client of the legal services that were given, and the original documentation used to defend the client’s interests in the case. The bill of the lawyer is, like the fee, the proof of payment of having paid a price for a legal service and being able to prove this. Such bill may be challenged before the Illustrious College of Corresponding Lawyers or the legal organ that has knowledge of the case.
